Prudential Life bags yet another award – CIMG Life Insurance Company of the Year

After winning 4 awards at the Ghana Insurance Awards in August which included the CEO of the Year, for CEO Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee, the Young Achiever Award for CFO, Cherise Ige, Best Growing Company and Emerging Brand of the year, Prudential Life is on a winning streak as the company has been adjudged the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG) Life Insurance Company of the Year, 2019 in November this year.

This award is in recognition of the company’s excellence in strategic marketing, from market insights through effective formulation of marketing mix programmes to create value for the market and thereby delivering excellent results. The CIMG also seized the opportunity to congratulate Prudential Life on its ability to ensure business continuity in the face of the challenges brought about by the pandemic for the 2020 financial year.

Prudential’s citation read out at the CIMG’s 31st National Marketing Performance Awards said:

“Since your inception in 2014, you have been a real force in your sector, as you, continue to help people to make the most out of life. You particularly set yourself to be the trusted face of life insurance with expertise in minimizing risk, maximizing wealth, honouring customer obligations and bettering the life of Ghanaians; and these, you have executed to satisfaction.

Notably, you were highly commended for creating stakeholder value by:

  • offering financial security to your customers to meet their long-term aspirations
  • developing your employees and agents and providing them with opportunities to succeed
  • delivering profitable and sustainable growth for your shareholders
  • investing in the local economy to promote business growth and development

You are also credited with your high customer-centric culture which has seen high performance deliverables from your staff and agents.

You have changed many lives with your matchless CSR policies which span education health and community development. The year under review saw you chalk a total income of GHS 116,132,892.00 in 2019 as against GHS 81,453,941 in 2018.

You wowed our team of evaluators with your stellar performance that made them score you highly. They therefore unanimously confer on you this award”
