Jane Dornukuor Mingle is a senior business leader with 17 years experience in life insurance underwriting, product development, data analytics and software application development.She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, one of the top 4 life insurance companies in Ghana. Her breadth of senior leadership experience includes IT, Actuarial, Strategy and most recently Distribution where she has driven growth through the empowerment of agency leaders, recording significant growth in Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers over a 3 year period. She is also credited with significant growth in Agency Manpower, APE and NBP over the period. She has pioneered the development and launch of many of Prudential’s insurance solutions as well as some essential partnerships. She holds an MSc in Actuarial Science from University of Waterloo, an MSc in Mathematics from Youngstown State University, a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics and a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Peter is Chief Operations Officer of PLIG with over 15 years Life Insurance experience.His previous roles are Head, Operations – Express Life, Head, Premium Administration – Enterprise Life, and Head, Credit Life – Enterprise Life.As COO, Peter has led the phenomenal growth and success story of PLIG in growing GWP at a CAGR of 50% moving us from 14th to the 4th Position in the industry in 7 years – Life Insurance Category.

Josephine is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. She has worked in the life insurance industry for over fifteen years with experience in Customer Service, Underwriting, Accounting, Financial and statutory reporting together with finance projects implementation. She has also previously worked in the procurement industry.Josephine holds an Executive MBA Degree (Entrepreneurial Management Option), a Diploma in Insurance and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Fredericka Squire has been with Prudential Life Ghana since 2012. Over her tenure in the business, she has occupied and excelled in several roles including Branch Manager for our Danquah Circle branch, Head of Agency Support where she managed operations (reporting and data analysis, remuneration and benefits packages, incentives, contract maintenance, licensing with the regulator, agency communication and travel management) of over 700 agents, Business Continuity Manager, ESG Lead, Senior HR Business Partner and is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Prudential Ghana.Prior to joining Prudential, she came from a rich background in sales from the Hartford Insurance in the United States where she was rated as one of the top 5% of all sales employees in the company.Fredericka is a certified HR professional – SHRM SCP and holds an MBA in Business Management and as well as a bachelor’s degree in Bio Psychology. She also holds a Diploma in Insurance.

Kokui has been with PLIG since 2015. She currently heads the Strategy function responsible for strategizing, developing, and drive transformative initiatives. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of Premium Administration with oversight responsibilities for achieving the company’s Gross Written Premium, Inception and Persistency targets. She oversaw the Agency Recruitment function from 2017 to 2021 with the mandate to grow the agency force and led the Bancassurance training team in PLIG from 2015 to 2017. She has a wide Operational Risk background from her previous employment with Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana. Kokui holds a Diploma in Insurance, an MSc in International Economics Banking and Finance from Cardiff University, Wales and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Ghana.
Kokui is passionate about mentoring and coaching young females into leadership position in society and actively offers her time and effort towards this endeavor.

Before her current role, Dorothy has held previous roles in Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Bancasurance, Product Manager & Business Support Manager, International Graduate (Management Trainee) for Consumer Banking, Visa Cards Merchants Sales & Services Officer and Operations Assistant – West Africa Shared Services Centre.

Michael is a force to reckon with in the sales field. He is skilled in driving sales numbers and spurring agents on to maximum productivity.
Prior to joining PLIG, he was with Enterprise Life Insurance and assumed the following positions: Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Head of Premium and Senior Manager for Distribution.
Michael holds an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability with Specialization in Social Entrepreneurship, a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance and a Bachelor of Social Sciences Combining Economics and Sociology.
His hobbies include cycling, reading and watching movies
