Prudential Life Insurance Ghana was recently celebrated by the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) and the Ghana Cycling Federation (GCF) for its outstanding contributions to the development of cycling, national health, and clean mobility in Ghana.

Building on the momentum of last year’s successful Tour du Ghana and PruRide, Prudential Life recently welcomed an esteemed delegation from the GOC and GCF to its offices.
The visit underscored the company’s pivotal role in promoting sports and wellness, as the delegation conveyed heartfelt gratitude for the company’s continuous support in advancing the sport of cycling.
Mr. Richard Akpokavie, President of the GOC, offered high praise for Prudential Life, highlighting the company’s sustained engagement and measurable impact on the cycling community.
The Secretary General of the GCF, Mr. Shaaban Mohammed, who was accompanied by officials of the federation and two professional cyclists, commended Prudential and assured the federation’s unwavering support to promote health and wellness.
A highlight of the visit was the presentation of a Citation of Appreciation and a commemorative Tour du Ghana jersey to Prudential Life Ghana, recognizing its sponsorship of the Intermediate Sprint Winner Jersey during the 2025 race.
In her remarks, the Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, Mrs. Jane Dornukuor Mingle, commended the gesture and reaffirmed the company’s continuous support for cycling in Ghana and healthy sporting activities as a whole. She emphasized the company’s commitment to promoting wellness, active lifestyles, and sustainable development through sports.
